How would you like it to work? I'm thinking we could have dimension with a new customer grace period of 30 days (or whatever is preferred). Meaning, all orders within the next 30 days is considered a new customer.

What will count as a repeat customer? Most of our returning customers is a new customer returning something and then placing a new order for a replacement product, since we dont offer exchanges, just returns.
